Industrial Automation

Automation describes a wide range of technologies that reduce human intervention in processes. Human intervention is reduced by predetermining decision criteria, sub-process relationships, and related actions, and embodying these pre-determinations in machines. Automation includes the use of various equipment and control systems such as machinery, processes in factories, boilers and heat treatment furnaces, turning on telephone networks, steering and balancing ships, aircraft and other applications and vehicles with reduced human intervention. Automation covers applications ranging from a household thermostat controlling a boiler to a large industrial control system with tens of thousands of input measurements and output control signals. Control complexity can range from simple on-off control to multivariate high-level algorithms.

In the simplest type of an automatic control loop, a controller compares the measured value of a process with a desired setpoint and processes the resulting error signal so that the process remains at the setpoint to change some input to the process. This closed loop control is the application of negative feedback to a system. As the Spectre Robotics family, we provide services in the field of Industrial Automation within the scope of the design, installation, programming of production-control tools and their integration with the existing infrastructure. Our company is upgrading a wide spectrum of industrial production lines to Industry 4.0 standards. The systems we install or upgrade from scratch have internationally accepted standards and capabilities in the context of the "Smart System" concept. Our basic vision in the projects we carry out under the umbrella of Spectre Robotics is that the system built is user-friendly, easily accessible, easily manageable, scalable and reliable.

We produce smart systems by making use of programmable logic controller systems (PLC Programmable Logic Controller) and human-machine interface (HMI Human-Machine Interface) applications that help to establish a connection between the user and the system. We establish fast, convenient and updatable structures with Microcomputer-Based Control Systems for smooth production. We secure the management of operations by providing control from mobile devices.
